|Recommended: YesI feel at ease knowing my daughter is in a safe environment — As a parent, it is extremely important for your child living away from home to be in a safe clean environment. After looking at a handful of places we choose northside hills for many of reasons. The apartment layout was functional the grounds were clean and looked well maintained and the facility staff are very accommodating. I would recommend Northside Hills at any given chance.

|Recommended: YesResident — The Staff here are very Happy, Proactive, and Professional. The Maintenance Crew are always on time and gets the job done. They keep the hallways clean and that makes me very comfortable.
|Recommended: YesLeaving a review here for the maintenance men Cade and Jason. Loved how they were able to help me fix my clothing rack. Them coming back multiple times helped tremendously. They also had the time to fix other issues in the apartment that they originally did not come for. They definitely deserve free lunch.
|Recommended: YesFavorite place I’ve lived in in Morgantown. Not too far from everything thing and perfect for student living. Never had a problem with the staff and they have many fun community activities. They’re really committed to the property and making it a great experience for everyone.

|Recommended: YesMadison has continued to be a great help to me and all of my friends. I needed an apartment quickly and she found one for me and my stay has been nothing less than wonderful. I am always comfortable to go to the leasing office to speak with the staff. Madison and Rice have done wonderful things in regard to Res Life and social media giveaways. They aren't just landlords they are constantly checking in with their residents and wanting to do better and more If you ever need an apartment, go to them
|Recommended: YesThis is my first apartment, and I absolutely love it There is plenty of closet and bathroom space, as well as room in my bedroom. I believe my room is the smallest in my unit, but it still feels like more than enough room for me.
If any issues arise, it is super easy to submit work orders, and maintenance is totally on it and they're super nice . The NSH shuttle is a wonderful service, and the mail room is nice.
My only complaint is that the walls are thin in our unit, so I head everything, and everyone can hear most things from our rooms, but I got used to that really quick.
|Recommended: YesI’ve lived here for the last three years and absolutely loved it. New ownership has come in and are making huge improvements to the property. The leasing staff are always friendly and helpful, and managers do their best to make you feel comfortable in your new home.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to stay — Just moved to Morgantown and first time renting an apartment. Rental process was pretty simple, friendly staff and tour guide. discount for doing tour at the time
Apartment itself is great, with utilities bundled in with rent price, great internet too. I rarely use the free cable, but it's there.
Very quiet community for the most part, only time I really hear my neighbors is when the people above me are walking in the living area wood floors the other areas carpeted I don't really hear them. Sometimes I hear yelling from them or other neighbors through the walls ceiling but it's rare.
Biggest annoyance is people letting their dogs bark continuously during the day, mostly quiet at night. I work from home a lot so during the day it's disturbing.
My other complaint would be neighbors with dogs never pick up after their dogs while walking them in the parking lot outside, so you have to be careful not to step in dog poo.
I've had to put in one maintenance request while here and it was quickly fixed.
Office staff have always been nice and friendly to me also with any questions during my stay.
One of my favorite things at the office is the package concierge when you get deliveries, they go into a secure storage box that only the resident has access too. So the delivery just doesn't sit in front of my apartment door all day.
